A Day in the Life

As our Irrigation Service Tech, you’ll report to the Irrigation Field Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers by keeping things sustainably watered, always with a mind to our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.

Your Impact

  • Proactively monitor and manage irrigation schedules, troubleshooting and repairing irrigation systems, reviewing irrigation flows and schedules, and assisting the Sales team in preparing estimates
  • Schedule, prepare, and execute irrigation services on-time and on-budget
  • Maintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
  • Prioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our irrigation services

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of irrigation experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferred
  • A proactive team player who collaborates with others to anticipate and solve problems
  • A focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems

A Day in the Life

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will report to a Field Manager and your primary focus will be maintaining some of Omaha’s most beautiful properties all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.

Your Impact

  • Lead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of two to three crew members
  • Maintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
  • Prioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to run landscaping equipment which include but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers and chainsaws
  • Ability to follow instruction and work as a team player
